Suites are available from October 15 to April 1 (possibly longer). Preference will be given to guests wishing to reserve for at least 60 days. GST & PST will be charged on stays less than 30 days.
Our suites are fully furnished and contain all the essentials of a basic kitchen.
We do not allow smoking in our rooms.
Guests are responsible for their own housekeeping.
Onsite laundromat is available to our guests.
Pets are NOT permitted in any of our suites.
Monthly rental includes local telephone, heat, light, cablevision and wireless interenet at no extra charge.

RV SITES
Monthly RV sites are available from September 15 to May 15 (possibly longer).
Our RV Sites all have 30 (some 50) amp service, sewer and wireless internet. Power consumption will be billed monthly and is due at that time.
Small pets are permitted in the RV Park and we ask that common “pet” sense prevail: picking up after your pet, etc.

Common Room
We will make Suite #1 available for social gatherings subject to availability.
A $100 deposit is required for each month booked to confirm your reservation. We will refund your deposit, less 15%, if you cancel over 30 days before arrival. There will be no refund if you cancel within 30 days of arrival. If, however, we are able to re-rent your booking we will refund your deposit less the 15% cancellation fee.
