  • Deposits and Cancellations

    Nightly Bookings

    We require a credit card number at time of booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival we will charge your card for one night.

    Summer Weekly Bookings

    We require a deposit at the time of booking.
    We will refund your deposit, less 15%, if you cancel over 30 days
    before arrival. There will be no refund if you cancel within 30 days
    of arrival. If, however, we are able to re-rent your booking we will
    refund your deposit less the 15% cancellation fee.

    Deposits/week:

    Camping: $200
    Cabanas: $300
    One bedroom suites: $600
    Two bedroom suites: $800
    Three bedroom suites: $1000

    Winter Monthly Bookings

    $100 deposit required for each month booked. We will refund your deposit, less 15%, if you cancel over 30 days
    before arrival. There will be no refund if you cancel within 30 days of arrival. If, however, we are able to re-rent your booking we will refund your deposit less the 15% cancellation fee.

  • Parking

    One vehicle per accommodation, park in designated space only or off site. No extra parking/vehicles on site.

    We have limited storage space for boats, utility trailers, etc. There will be a $20/day charge. First come, first serve.

  • General Policies

    Quiet time from 11pm – 7:00 a.m.
    Games Area Available from 9:00am to 9:00pm

    • No wood burning campfires. Propane is permitted.
    • No more than one family per site (Each site includes/allows: 2 adults plus kids)
    • There is no smoking on the resort property from June 24th to Labor Day. We have a designated smoking area set up for you! Please ask the front desk!
    • Smoking is not permitted inside at any time. There will be a $250 charge for cleaning if you choose to do so. We provide ashtrays outside of each unit for mid and low season guests
    • No Riding in the resort between June 29 and Labor Day,  No bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc. (If it has wheels it must be taken off site)
    • NO MATS on grassy sites.

    PETS

    • We do not allow pets in our suites at any time. We allow pets in the campground/cabana area from Labor Day until June 29, 2024 but not during the summer high season.
    • Dogs must be under owner’s control at all times. Leashed, not left unattended and never on the beach!
    • Pets $5.00 a night (when permitted)
